This screw compactor compacts PET bottles in the ratio 13:1.
This achieves a density of approx. 250 kg./m3
The machine is an ideal solution for minimising handling of PET bottles, and significantly reducing transport costs. |
DRAIN AND COMPACT IN ONE PROCESS:
The illustration below shows a feed hopper designed for manual feeding of PET bottles. This machine can be fitted with a drain, so full bottles can be emptied. Custom solutions can be supplied where necessary. This machine can maintain an almost constant compression pressure due to the hydraulic/electronically-controlled jaws.
