Metalico Rochester installed a new Harris Gorilla two ram baler complete with two infeed conveyors for their nonferrous operation in Rochester, NY.

The new system replaces a 30-year-old baler giving them the potential to process up to 5x the amount of material per/hr and nearly double the bale density. The system was sold and installed by Ohio Baler Company.

This enables us to reduce labor costs, down time, and maintenance expenses and in general, greatly lower our overall processing costs.”
