 RUNI: Pre-Crusher Powerful pre-crusher for EPS
This screw compactor compacts EPS (e.g. fish boxes) in ratios of up to 50:1. This achieves a density of approx.
300 kg/m³.
USED FOR:
- Very solid EPS packaging
- Other types of plastic, e.g. EPP
- Granulating with a high throughput

The powerful pre-crusher can be integrated directly with an SK 370H compactor or placed over a conveyor belt/suction pipe which transports the granulate to a silo.

Motor 5,5 kW.
FEED OPENING:
1000 x 500 mm.
DRIVE GEAR:
A very strong bevel gear has been used
CAPACITY:
The capacity of the pre-crusher depends on the density and shape of the material. It can crush approx. 500 kg of EPS per hour (approx. 750 fish boxes with lids). |
