Two-Ram Balers
Two-Ram Horizontal balers are multi-material balers that can be configured for non-ferrous scrap, PET, aluminum cans, integrated into a MRF system, or any other high throughput application, such as OCC and newsprint. The term "2-Ram" refers to the fact that there are two "Rams" or cylinders, the compression cylinder and the ejection cylinder. These allow the user to maintain constant loading and baling to maximize time and effort.
Horizontal Open-End Balers
Open-end horizontal balers include the automatic bale tying feature. These balers combine the economy of single-ram baling with high-volume, continuous operation design. These balers are typically fed by conveyor or air system.
Horizontal Closed-End Balers/Full-Eject Balers
Closed-end horizontal balers are manual-tie systems that combine the single-ram baling with a continuous operation design for medium to lower volumes.
